1. Who we are

SimpleSkillStart is operated by DRJK d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia.

DRJK d.o.o.
Jarska cesta 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia
Company registration number: 8709394000
Tax number: 70189196

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DRJK d.o.o. "You" means the person buying or using our products.

2. What we sell

We sell access to online educational programs, currently The Profile System: 10 Day Challenge and related digital products. Access is delivered through our learning portal at course.simpleskillstart.com.

When you buy, you get:

  • Access to the lessons in the program you purchased
  • Any templates, prompt libraries and downloadable materials included in that program
  • A licence to resell the digital products specified in your program (see section 4)
  • Access to the community associated with that program

Access has no expiry date for as long as we offer the program. If we retire a program, we will give you at least 90 days' notice and make the core materials available to download.

3. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any income, earnings, sales, or business result. Nothing in our programs, marketing, community or communications should be read as a promise that you will earn money.

What you achieve depends on your own effort, consistency, the market you enter, the time you invest, and factors outside anyone's control. Many people who buy educational programs of this kind do not build a profitable business. We think you should know that before you buy, not after.

We also do not promise:

  • That any social media platform will show your content to any number of people
  • That any advertising you run will be profitable
  • That any third-party tool referenced in the program will remain available or priced as described

4. The resell licence

Some of our programs include a licence to resell specific digital products.

What the licence allows

You may sell the specified products to end customers under your own brand and keep the revenue from those sales, subject to the conditions below.

What the licence does not allow

  • You may not resell or transfer the licence itself to another person
  • You may not claim to have created the products
  • You may not modify the products and present the result as an original work by us
  • You may not use our brand name, logo or marketing materials as your own
  • You may not make income claims, earnings guarantees or results promises when marketing the products

Duration and termination

The licence lasts as long as you comply with these terms. We may terminate it if you breach them, in particular if you market the products using income claims or in a way that violates the advertising policies of the platform you use.

Products covered

The specific products your licence covers are listed inside your program. That list may change over time; products added are covered, and if a product is withdrawn we will tell you.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Accounts are for one person. Sharing your login, distributing the lesson content, or reposting our materials publicly is a breach of these terms and we may close your account without refund.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Some programs are offered with optional additional products at checkout or after purchase. These are clearly priced and always optional.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our programs, community or products to:

  • Make income or earnings claims to your own customers
  • Send unsolicited messages, or use automated tools in a way that breaches the terms of the platform you are using
  • Harass other members, or post content that is unlawful, hateful or deceptive

We may remove community access for breaches of this section.

9. Third-party tools and platforms

Our programs reference third-party tools and platforms, including social media platforms, payment processors, page builders and advertising platforms. We do not control these and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, or decisions they make about your account.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you use. If a platform restricts or closes your account, that is between you and that platform.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with our products is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, advertising spend, or costs you incur with third-party tools.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and where the change materially affects existing customers we will email you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
